Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The Promoter is Noosa Open Studios, PO Box 702, Cooroy Q 4563 (“Promoter”). This promotion is conducted by the Promoter. Bendigo Bank and Community Bank Tewantin-Noosa, Cooroy and Marcoola are not the Promoter but are associated with the promotion.

2. Acceptance of Terms
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.

4. Promotional Period
The promotion commences on 14 August 2026 and closes on 23 August 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries must be received during this time.

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Promotional Period, vote for their chosen Bendigo Bank People’s Choice Art Prize 2026 finalist and complete the official entry form via: bankingthatbenefits.com.au
Voting may be accessed via QR code at Wallace House or via Noosa Open Studios’ website.

6. Entry Conditions
- Only one (1) entry permitted per person Entries must be complete, legible and submitted during the Promotional Period
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid
- Entries generated by automated means or deemed fraudulent will be disqualified

7. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

8. Winner Determination
The winner/s will be notified by phone and/or email within [2–5 business days] and may be published on Noosa Open Studios’ social media channels. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Prize
Voters go in the draw to win one of four x $100 fuel vouchers.

Winner of the Art Prize Award wins one $200 fuel voucher, two tickets to You’re A Good Man Charlie
Brown production at Noosa Arts Theatre and $200 voucher at Noosa Office Choice.

Total prize pool value: Approximately $1,000 AUD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

10. Prize Conditions
If the prize (or any part of it) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

If the prize is not claimed within [14–28 days], the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

11. Publicity
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and/or image for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Force Majeure / Changes
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to regulatory approval where required.

13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and any associated partners (including Bendigo Bank and Community Bank Tewantin-Noosa, Cooroy and Marcoola) are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- technical malfunctions
- network failures
- unauthorised access
- lost, delayed or misdirected entries
- any events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control

14. Release
By entering this promotion, entrants release and hold harmless the Promoter and associated partners from any claim, liability, loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

15. Privacy
Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering this promotion and may be used to contact entrants in relation to the promotion.

Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants
may request access to or correction of their personal information.

Personal information may be disclosed to third parties where required for the purposes of administering the promotion or where required by law.

The Promoter and associated partners (including Bendigo Bank and Community Bank Tewantin-Noosa, Cooroy and Marcoola) do not hold or manage contact details of participating artists. All artist information is managed solely by Noosa Open Studios.

Enquiries relating to participating artists should be directed to Noosa Open Studios.

16. Technical Disclaimer
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, system errors, or network issues that may interfere with or affect entry submission.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

18. Regulatory Compliance
This promotion will be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Any permits required will be obtained where necessary.
