Kelly is a printmaker and illustrator. With a Diploma in Surface Design, as well as studying floral illustration, she has a keen eye for colour and pattern. Trained in digital design, Kelly feels her work is at its best left organic and uncomplicated. In her tiny hinterland studio, Kelly carves her own blocks for printing onto textiles and paper. She is surrounded by nature and takes inspiration from her garden. Kelly also creates illustrations with watercolour and gouache, combining printing techniques learned over time and experimentation. Her philosophy is to create from the heart and colour outside the lines.
