Jo is a mixed media artist and sculptor. Her life and art have been profoundly influenced by her upbringing and lengthy career in Speech Pathology. When she turned fifty, she decided to pursue her creative dreams.

Her works aim to evoke emotions and create conversations about the journey of women in our current society. Jo uses layering and symbols relating to self-actualisation and spirituality. As a self-taught artist she continues to explore her narrative by experiments with size and different mediums in both her mixed media and ceramic work.
