Leith’s art initially started with slip-cast ceramics, and ventured into slumped glass as another medium for kiln work, finding complements with both regimes.

After re-locating to Peregian Beach some years ago, she discovered polymer clay and has added it to her repertoire, finding it draws on her existing skills and allows her to incorporate further elements into the final piece. She continues to explore all 3 mediums – her brand “JD Art” named after her beloved border collie, JD, the pair inseparable for 16+ years.
