Amanda Harth CERAMICIST | SCULPTOR
From a young age Amanda has been practicing all forms of art. She has been a member of Wallace House Pottery group since 2001 and in 2007 majored in sculpture at James Cook University. Lately she has been exploring colour, glaze technique and texture outcomes in her ceramics. Which consist of both wheel thrown and hand-built works. Her sculptural pieces are abstract female forms that consist of clay and copper. Her passion for ceramics is partial experimentation by pushing the boundaries of clay formations. No two works are the same, her pieces bring her much joy, and for others too.
